Probelm with programs not loading anymore

I'm having a probelm accessing my help and support,search and user accounts programs.I ran my a2,trendmicro and trojanhunter apps.which found no probelms.I don't know what else to do! Any help will be great. :)

Some of those functions depend on XP Services. To restore all Services to XP default check this list: http://www.blackvipe.../servicecfg.htm
