log on/security cam/time limiter?

Hello,

Help me keep up with 14 year old daughter home alone!!

I want to have my log on, start webcam with motion detection to record activity in house. Then I want to put my log on name in "protection", so no one can get in to see what I have running AND then they'll have to log in under their own name.

I want to start webcam but others in house can't see what is going on with hidden webcam.

PLUS I would LOVE to have a limiting program that would log others off at set time yet leave the admin log on alone.

I greatly appreciate any help and suggestions!
