Dear all,

i need help from you gurus, and i am here.

here is my question.

i want to archive old mails from the ms outlook configured using Exchange server. if i performed auto archiving. will it delete server copy of mail????????

if yes then, is there any feature on the exchange server to save a copy of the same mail that we are archiving. saperately as backup.
i know how to archive mail. but want to know about exchange server feature for archiving.
