while I moved, my laser printer sat inside untouched for a few months. The black toner was empty. I refilled the black toner cartridge with a refill kit and put on the reset chip. I cannot afford $100 for a new cartridge!
Now, when I try to print, there are vertical lines through the print on one side.
Is this because I refilled the toner? The seller on ebay had excellent feedback from many people who were repeat users. The instructions were very simple and I don't see how I could've messed them up.
Is this because the printer was unused for a period of time?
I really hope this is fixable without me going broke.
