I dont have a hijackthis log because this problem is on someone else's computer but norton anti-virus says it found a trojan horse in c:\WINDOWS\system32\OBjsafe.tlb and that it cant remove it. I didnt know if by chance you know of a program that might be able to remove it.

Hi sdouble. You can have them try these online scanners if they want:Trend Micro Housecall
BitDefender On-Line Virus Scan
Panda ActiveScan
Make sure that you choose "fix" or "clean".

Other than that, we would need a HijackThis log to decide if further action is required. That single file might be part of a larger infestation. Have them post a HijackThis log to the forum and someone will take a look at it.
