I am getting:

INTEL CORE 2 DUO E6850(Conroe) 3GHz CPU
NVIDIA GEFORCE 8800 GTX 768MB
CREATIVE LABS X-Fi Elite Pro Sound Card
4GB DDR2 RAM

I am looking for suggestions for a motherboard preferably with P35 or G33 chipset.
Also what HDD should I get, I'm looking at 500GB

And last, for all the above what Power Supply will be good?

A motherboard for this system could be the Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L or the Abit IP35-E.

For the Hard Drive, I recommend Seagate as they have an excellent warranty (5 years!). Here's a good example.

And of course, a power supply - key to the whole system! The 8800GTX 768MB card is a very power-hungry component. I would suggest at something like this.
