i downloaded a free program the other day and started getting these oin pop ups. i found your message board and followed all the instructions on how to delete and used the virus/spyware that was recommended. the virus/spyware worked great it found 61 viruses and tracking cookies my other virus scanner didnt find. i woke up this morning and found i had new pop ups. its in the bottom right corner where my clock is. i cant get rid of it, i've looked in the add/remove programs i didnt see any new programs installed. i ran the virus/spyware again and it picked up 6 more but i still have these pop ups. the pops are coming up in a little balloon on the bottom right corner saying SYSTEM ALERT:TROJAN..... and says to click it to download the security. can someone PLEASE!!!!!!! help me!! if i cant get rid of this will i have to erase my hard drive and start all over?
thank you for your help and your time
