My only complaint would be the PSU, as it doesn't have any 8pin connectors. You can buy adapters, but it's added resistance that you don't want or need. While you don't have to have the 8pin cable, if you plan on overclocking it then you do need the cable.
You'd have to read the fine print in the mail in rebate.
Open box is when someone returns an iteam, then the store is trying to sell it at a reduced rate.
Fatal1ty stuff is overpriced and underperformers.

I will revise and perhaps get a new PSU with the 8-pin. And open box is not my style then. Thanks again for the advice.

I highly recommend you don't purchase any Fatal1ty equipement.
