Hi all,

I hope that you all are having a good day. I have a problem with my computer at work. I do a search and I keep getting a Program Error and shuts down the program. This Program Error message is not only while searching, it happens in other programs. It happens a lot now, was sparce a couple years ago.

I have tried deleting some files and get the Program Error. I have done chkdsk with no error. I have defraged the drive. I have tried running third party programs to defrag and programs that try to fix problems and they stall in the middle of running.

Can someone help me with this problem(s)? I would really appreciate it.

Thank you,

It is Dr. Watson error, and it says, for example if I do a search on my computer:

"Program Error"
"!" - explorer.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program.

An error log is being created."

Other utility programs like Norton Systemsworks, Windows Cleanup, etc., when I am using them, will just freeze.

Nope, still the same problems. Still getting program errors and other programs freeze still. On top of that, lately when I logon, I get a message saying my registry memory is low.
