That mobo info is exactly the same as what you gave me earlier.

Try that last link I gave you. Hopefully, it will help a bit.

well what do you know! that was the correct drivers! it successfully updated!

here is the comparison

Before
--------
Driver Version: 6.14.0010.0144 (English)

After
--------
Driver Version: 6.14.0010.0342 (English)

:) but i don't really know what differences i have to my graphics now! although i have a cooler looking S3 TrayPlus Utility in my place where the clock is.

Yeah actually I made a mistake using that canned, sometimes I've found it to say "Motherboard Unknown", but the motherboard model was listed under the bottom section (debug) which I didn't specify to be uploaded...

Either way, Murray is the hero of the day :)

HI , download free version of this site www.belarc.com you can run it and will give you all the information on your computer it is excellent. your mobo will be or right side of the print out (if you print it) listed right by the word =
