The @ and the " symbols on my laptop keyboard Dell D600) seem to have swapped themselves over. Everything else seems to be working ok - can anyone advise as to the possible cause and if there is a cure?

Control Panel -> Regional And Language Options -> Lanugages -> Details.
Add a UK keyboard and remove the US Keyboard.
OK back out and restart computer.
