Help,my desktop background couldn't be changed

Nice to meet you all~
Although I have installed Norton internet serucity and anti-virus,I also infected by virus which named download.trojan, everytime when I reboot my computer, a html file, C:/windows/web/desktop.html would appear in my desktop as a background...............

Welcome ronaldauyeung to Geeks to Go!

Download Pocket Killbox.
Unzip the files to a folder like c:\killbox\
Don't run the program, we'll do that later.

Open HijackThis.
Close all programs leaving only HijackThis running. Place a check against each of the following, making sure you get them all and not any others by mistake:

O4 - HKLM\..\RunOnce: [Srv32 spool service] C:\WINDOWS\System32\spoolsrv32.exe

O4 - HKCU\..\RunOnce: [Srv32 spool service] C:\WINDOWS\System32\spoolsrv32.exe

O9 - Extra button: Related - {c95fe080-8f5d-11d2-a20b-00aa003c157a} - C:\WINDOWS\web\related.htm

Click on Fix Checked when finished and exit HijackThis.

Run Killbox (doubleclick Killbox.exe).

Run it, and click the radio button that says Delete a file on reboot. For the file in the box below, paste them one at a time into the full path of file to delete box and click the red circle with a white cross in it.

The program will ask you if you want to reboot; say No each time until the last one has been pasted in whereupon you should answer Yes.

Let the system reboot.

Make sure that you choose "fix" or "clean".
