Install Hebrew and Language Bar

Recently acquired used Asus laptop with WinXPPro. Need to install Hebrew and Language Bar for my Word 2003 program. Every time I try, using the Region and Language program, it first asks for the CD and then gives a list of missing dll's (notably, ftlx041e.dll, kbdth0-3.dll), ttf's, c-10021.nls, etc. How do I fix this problem? Thanks for any help you can give me.
