Stuck At Starting Windows Screen

My computer was working fine yesterday but today when i turned it on it got stuck at the Windows is starting up screen... I NEED HELP. I dont want to reformat. it works fine in safe mode but it wont work in normally. i tried chkdsk /f but that still doesnt work.

Have you tried "Last known good configuration" from the advanced startup menu options?
