Adware Topsearch

I am having difficulty removing adware topsearch from my computer. I have the Norton Internet Security 2005 and it is unsuccessful in removing these adwares. I also have spybot search and destroy and it has failed to recognize these threats. I have followed symantecs directions to remove these adware, however without success. These are the current threats that I have in my system:

Adware.Topsearch

-asmfiles.cab
-asm.exe
-asmp.dll

Can anyone assist me in removing these threats? Your help is greatly appreciated.
