a friend gave me their computer to fix. it just kept restarting randomly so i checked the ram and it turned out one of them was faulty and one was ok so i got rid of the bad one i performed chkdsk /r on the hard drive and it fixed some errors i removed all the extra hardware except the hard drive a cdrom and video card.

i decided to re install windows so i did a full format, all the files copied properly, it restarted and started loading windows to bein installation and then resets and keeps reseting untill you turn the computer off. i have no idea whats wrong any ideas?
