I have put a note out for Old Timer, who wrote the OTMoveIt program. Lets see what advice he comes back with.

Hi there,

Reboot into safe mode.

Restart your computer and as soon as it starts booting up again continuously tap F8. A menu should come up where you will be given the option to enter Safe Mode.

Once in Safe Mode, please delete the OTMoveIt folder.

After that, please delete the other tools that we have used to clean your computer:
  • SmitFraud Fix
  • DSS and folder C:\Deckard

After that, Reboot.

Regards,

I am not completely done fixing everything up. Right now I'm on the defragmenting process, so its going to take a while to finish the last few steps. But the bottom line seems to be that my problem has been solved. So I think this case can now be set as "resolved". Thank you very much for all of your help, I really appreciate your time! I will post that other problem where you recommended, and hopefully I can get some help with that as well. Thanks again!
