I have downloaded the Crysis demo, but I can't find it. I installed it and everything but there is no desktop icon, no program icon in the start menu, and it isn't in "My computer" under program files. But it shows up under "Uninstall programs". How do I play it??

HELP

Hello Anton1382,

Have you tried to uninstall, then do repair of game install? I did some browsing for demo of game(info) and noticed a high volume of people experiencing many difficulties with demo; including being able to run demo. The overall opinion from users of demo seemed very negative.

Thanks for the info. I have tried installing it 3 times now. I downloaded it twice from the EA link and then I tried the Nvidia link. All of them have been unsuccessful. I did try to do a repair to one of them but that was unsuccessful too.

I've seen this happen when you install something on another drive and not the default location. Perhaps this is what you may have done?
Since your running vista, have you tried going to start and typing in crysis? It should do a search for you.

I'm sorry your having a problem with yours. I just beat my demo and G-d I wish it was longer. The ending definitely left me wanting to play a lot more.
