ATM bandwidth

Hey, i was just browsing information about ATM...which i need to figure out

i wonder how many percent of an ATM link is used by the cell headers and how many percent of it is used by non payload bits when AAL3/4 and AAL5 is used ?

i would appreciate if u could help me with this
