What happens now if you disable the PPP connection. You shouldnt need that if you are going through your router. I believe its just interfering.

I believe that there needs to PPP setup on your machine. I am unfamiliar with this especially on Vista. What are you using to connect to the internet?

DSL, I just setup a network, and it asks me to put in my log in and password and then everytime I try to connect to the internet it asks for log in and password. It is under broad band connection.

Under Lan or High speed internet, I have << I can delete but Have to recreate to get back on the internet

local area connection
unidentified network
intel® Pro/1000 pm network connection << this i cant delete only disable
