....ever since I re-installed XP, I'm having video brightness problems when I watch movies or online video.

The contrast on a game, or doing anything else is normal...yet when I watch videos there is a bright glare in the background.

I have the Nvidia 7600 GS....and I did update all the drivers.

Anything else I should do?

I've also noticed that while watching Divx movies....the quality wasn't the same as it used to be.

Any reason for this change? I have absolutely no issues when playing games.

Does the brightness of the system just change when you are watching videos?
