Canon PIXMA ip4300 won't turn on

I have a Canon PIXMA Ip4300 printer (its about a year old). And I won't turn on (I feel dumb). It's plugged in, (USB and the to the outlet) but I can't get it to turn on, I press the power button and nothing--no lights, no sounds, just a paperweight.

Anyone's help is greatly appreciated.
