I`m new to XP. Can somebody give me the steps to defragmenting my computer?

Click on Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Defragmenter :) After that it's basically self-explanatory.

I personally dont like the windows defragger so i use a 3rd party app called O&O, superb defrgmentation. :)

Heres the RUN command

Start/Run/ dfrg.msc /click ok

Start/Run/ cleanmgr /click ok

And heres a list of Run Commands
