I have a Netgear router (DG834) which has worked without any problems for about 2 years. I am however now having a problem. The 3 laptops in the house say they cannot find a signal, even though the router is working ok.

When I connect with a cable (the internet work fine via the cable by the way) and change the channel number, log out and then re-connect wirelessly all the laptops work ok, but as soon as they have been switched off and re-started they then report that there is no wireless signal again!

I have checked online for an answer and one site said to allow broadcast of the SSID which I have done but with no improvement and I am now baffled.

If anyone can advise as to what the solution would be I will be very grateful as it is very frustrating!
