Can't Install some programs

I'm having a weird problem, when I try to install Tuneup utilites it works, if I installed or do windows update it works.

But I can't install nay security programs:AVG,Kasperksy,NOD32,Trend Micro I ran Trends house call online scanner and removed alot, but I still get pop-ups and stuff like adware/

Please help when you can thanks.

please post your topic in the malware forum (a link in my list of programs below). Take all the preliminary steps. After the experts from the malware forum confirm that the computer is clean, and if the problem persists, post back in this forum. It might take some time because they are quite busy there.
