My p.c wont turn on

Hi. I need help really badly! My p.c. wont turn on. Every time I try, the power button stays a yellow color and keeps blinking as if it were on stand by. I have a dell e50. i opened up the pc to check the insides and all i saw was a green light bulb lit and a blinking amber light leading to the power button. Can someone what happened and how to fix it?

Oh nevermind. I left the my pc connected until the amber light stopped blinking and tried to turn it on again which worked. Thanks anyway.
