A breakpoint has been reached (0x8000000B) occurred in the application at location (0x01ce9cef)

This message appears just after I start up. I click OK, everything disappears (on my desktop that is ;-)) and reappears seconds later.
Very annoying. Not sure if this is malware. Please feel free to move this topic to the appropriate area.
