I got my shiny new laptop infected with a nasty virus thing today. I'm pretty sure it's come across msn messenger, as a .exe link. Now, whenever I use messenger, it opens all the contact windows and sends the link to the virus across to them. I also keep getting popups when using internet explorer, like "http://isg10.casalemedia.com" and "http://ads1.searchmiracle.com". Also, a site called "LaunchDerBiz.com" keeps setting itself as homepage and installing itself on my computer as a program. When clicking on task manager, a program called "Project1" is running several times over. I have ran adaware, spybot and f-secure, none of which seem to be able to resolve the problem, though spybot has this in its log (also several times over) which might relate to the problem:

Which of these do I have to get rid of? What else can I do to remove whatever I have caught? Any help would be greatly, greatly apreciated, please.
