Recommend a Printer?

I work in a small office, and we're looking at the possibility of printing our own marketing material in house (direct mailers, brochures, etc). I'm doing some shopping on printers, but I was wondering if anyone could recommend a decent printer that will give me a full bleed on 11" x 17" stock (I think I'll actually have to take a 12 x 18 and cut it down) in full color, at least 600dpi, preferably a laser printer?
