Serial99 Virus!

Hi, recently my computer has been under attack from Serial99 virus. I guess this is some
new sort of virus. When try to type in a website with the www. infront it redirects me to
serial99.com. Before my Ctrl Alt Delete was disabled but after i restarted it a few times
it suddenly was not disabled anymore so i got that back. Also my homepage settings were disabled, but iv
also gotten that back. However, it still redirects me and i want to get it out!
