SATO to IDE Power adapter

The power supply box in my new computer has no IDE type power cable. only SATA type.
Is there a SATA to IDE power adapter? I have searched everywhere. It wasn't successful.

I have never seen a sata to molex (IDE) power adapter, only the other way round.
When you say the power supply has no molex connectors, do you mean it has no spare molex connectors? I've never heard of a PSU having no molex connectors at all...
