If the processor was Fried, Would this prevent everything from turning on? Fan and such? my fan used to come on now it isnt at all! I tried sticking my toung to the computer so I could be electricuted but there nothing going through it, I tested my power supply on another computer  works fine

You actually stuck you're tounge on a live computer? :tazz:

Anyway, if it works in another computer the problem isn't the power supply? Did you just build that computer? It sounds similar to the problem I had with my first system when I forgot to put the grounding screws into the case. The board worked for a little while then fried my motherboard and processor.

If the fans aren't coming on or anything, and it's not the PSU then it's the motherboard.

I said above that a failed CPU can prevent all from turning on. Did you test the wall outlet with your tongue too? Don't be an idiot and fry yourself, okay - burnt flesh stinks, and you would be a burden to someone to have to clean up after you. I suggest you take your system to someone who has a little understanding of the physics of electricity before you hurt yourself, or tragically, someone else.
