I am missing these files and their components, like rundll32 and kernell32 and shell32 etc. I need all these to have my computer running properly. Some files I get from MSN needs this to open and same to change my Desktop etc.

Please help me.

I have Windows XP but, the Modem, sound card, graphics card etc, are all out of date, but its fine.

I need the rundll32 and other programs. Please help me find them.

Right now, I am using windows 98. I can't find out where do get all of the components for rundll32.exe and itself.

Sorry I took a while, I have been grouded.. lol.
