JUST GOT A NEW PC (SONY VAIO VGC LS30E). I HAVE SO MANY PROBLEMS WITH THIS.
DONT KNO IF ITS VISTA OR THIS PC.
I JUST INSTALLED A ROUTER AND NOW MY COMPUTER WONT RESTART OR SHUT DOWN.
PLEASE HELP ME.

If you have so many problems with a new computer, wouldn't you be better off using your guarantee with the supplier?

A router shouldn't affect the operation of a computer. If it does there's something seriously wrong somewhere.
But yes, if the system never has worked properly, use your guarantee/warranty and send it back. If the fault isn't of your doing, it won't cost you anything (bar postage probably).
