I have an infection on my Windows XP. It identifies it as Worm.win32.netsky. The computer prompts me that there is an infection and says I should remove it. all of the virus scans I have tried (symatec, adware, spybot and the ones in your "read this before you post" section do not fix the problem. The infection has put 3 new icons on my desktop that do not go away after deleting them and rebooting. They are called "spyware and malware protection", "privacy protector", and "error cleaner". The infection has also changed the desktop picture to one of a biohazard sign. The computer is also running very slow. Here are the hijackthis and uninstall txt files:
