I have a computer that has suse 10.2 on it and also Win XP.
The Suse has a partition of 10 gig
The windows has a partition of 15 gig. This partition is first on the disk with another one of 512 mega in fat format.
I need to stretch the Linux to 20 gig. I tried the latest partition magic and it crashed after being stretched. I did an update but some of the programs did not make it.

Does any one know of a program that can do the job?

Parted Magic works well. I've had better luck using it on older machines.
