I try to turn on pc this morning and nothing. The blue power light comes on blinks. I hear the fan and something else running, but the monitor never fires up and like I said the blue power light just blinks. Any ideas??

Update: I unplugged the power supply cord and re-plugged it and bingo...it came on. Any ideas why this would happen?

Possibly with the ac totally removed, the motherboard was able to reset. Just because you press the power off button (or use Start>Turn Off Computer), doesn't mean the computer goes completely off. There are always keep alive voltages available just like in your TV, VCR, DVD players, etc..
