Not sure if anyone can help but would be most greatful if you could!

We have an NTL DSL box hooked up to a Inexq router - we did this so that we could use it wireless with the home PC and two laptops . The only problem is only one of the laptops works wireless (advent laptop with Windoes XP)! The two that will not connect are the home PC (Windows XP) and a HP Pavillion laptop (Windows vista).

As far as i can see they are set up the same so see no reason for this happening. I am going to try and post some information about the home PC as this is detecting the network but not connecting.

HERE IT IS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THis is an ipconfig/all which shows the connection of the ethernet which is working and the wireless which is not! Hope this is helpful - any other questions i will be happy to answer!!!!

If either of the problem PCs have got any Norton software installed (in particular Norton Firewall), remove it and replace with something else.
If someone brings me a PC (old or new) with connectivity problems, my first priority is to remove all Norton software if present. It causes more problems than it prevents.
