The answer to your question is that you only posted 30 minutes ago. All staff members are volunteers, doing this in their own free time, for free. Additionally, today is Sunday, so most staff probably are spending some time with their families. And it is 22:00 here on the east coast of the USA, so you're also looking at some of staff members getting ready for bed so they can go to work in the morning, and that the Europe/Asia staff members are already in bed.

Also, the malware forum is the most restrictive in terms of who can post there. Due to the complicated nature of malware removal, only trained staff members are allowed to post there.

Please be patient. Someone will get to your post eventually, but due to the above, it may be a a few days, as the malware forum is busiest in terms of thread when compared to who can reply. If after three days your thread has not been replied to, you can post in the Waiting Room. Do NOT reply to your own thread in the malware forum until a staff memeber has replied to it, as we look for the oldest threads with no replies first.
