Have you heard that Guitar Hero III won't work on 64-bit OSes? That's how it's listed on the official system requirements. But how do they do that? I mean, I've never heard of a 32-bit program not running at all on a 64-bit OS. That must have taken a lot of effort. Either that, or just another side effect of the lazy porting job from the XBOX 360 that makes this rhythm game have higher system requirements than Crysis... Anyone have any other ideas? I'm honestly interested in how they made this game not work on 64-bit OSes, so if you know, please tell. :)

Yes indeed, it says it doesn't support XP x64 and Vista x64. I wonder if it has to do with the way the 64-bit OS handles 32-bit apps... You can run XP/Vista 32-bit on a 64-bit processor 100% fine... GH3 would work on that. Another funny thing along that line:

MINIMUM SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:
...
AMD Athlon 64 3500+
...

If that 64-bit incompatibility is true, it will hit Vista x64 users, mostly. Hardly anyone uses XP x64 from what I know.
