when i open WMP11 . an error Message opens :

Fatal error

We are very sorry, but an internal error accured.
Please re-install the product to fix the problem

Error Code : 1 / -3 / 10850

any way ... WMP11 is working just fine .. but this message keep poping-up
and i've re-installed the product 3 time and it still ...

I can imagine it would be quite annoying, as with any popup message that won't go away. Do you have Nero installed on your system? If so, please uninstall it and restart your computer. You can try reinstalling it later, but first see if that resolves the issue.

i've unistalled Nero and then reinstall it ... the popup window went away ....

HOW did you knew that Nero was the problem ?
