Dance_dec_jpg virus and MSN not working anymore

Hi there

Hopefully u guys will be able to help me...(by the way, sorry for the english, i'll try to do my best, i'm french lol)

I received the virus Dance_dec_jpg on my msn (by one of my contact... then when I tried to open it, it whent to all my other contacts)
since then... i've tried to removed it from the computer, scan it, delete it... nothing, now, i'm not able to connect anymore to msn and my computer is running very slow... i'ved downloaded Avira Antivir (for scanning virus) here's the log :
