Hi all,

I am new member on Geeks!!! Thus my expectation on reply is quite high.

Well from yesterday, my CD drive is not appearing on MY COMPUTER panel (Windows XP). Plus my internet connect is also not working.

Is it because of any virus???

NOTE: I recently observed my PC affected by Malware, spyware...

Need HELP as soon as possible>>>>>

What was the yellow ! next to?

Your CD-rom? If so, select it and delete it, then reboot windows---windows will reinstall your cd-rom drivers on start up.

Or,is the modem?

Or both?
