HELP :: My Pc Is Restarting

When i boot my pc it restarts at bios can someone help if it don't restart then it will restart in windows i check the temp and it was fine. The only thing i can think off is it mite be the psu, or montherboard?

please be more clear. Is your pc able to boot all the way into windows before rebooting?

Sometimes i can get into windows but if i do it will restart after awhile
and even sometimes it restart before windows is even loaded at bios

the only think i can thing of is the montherboard is [bleep]

I don't think its hardware at this time. The next time you can get into windows right click on my computer. choose properties. Click on the advanced tab.

now you see a windows devided up into 3 sections. the last section is titled "start up and recovery" In this section click on settings. The middle section on this new window will be called system failure. The checkbox for automatically restart needs to be deselected. click ok. click ok again.

this will keep your pc from rebooting due to software problems. If you are having software issues we will at least see what they are now. If you still reboot then we are looking at hardware.

I just bought a new motherboard and cpu it sovled the problem

i think One of the capacitors burnt out
