need help upgrading from vista home premium to ultimate

Hello,

I am trying to upgrade from windows vista home premium to vista ultimate
received confirmation e-mail from place where purchased and upgrade disc in mail

Thanks in advance for your help!

at end of upgrade I get this message;

"windows could not configure one or more system components.
To install windows, restart the computer and then restart the installation"

get this message in the upgrade advisor;
