Hi

I have a laptop, Gateway MX6440. Usually when I plugged my laptop the monitor is lighter than when my laptop is unplugged (using battery), but now this is not happening.

When I unplugged (using battery) my laptop the monitor is brighter!!!!! And, of course, when I plugged it is darker.

I tried to look for any settings that may help me to change this, but could not find it.

I would really appreciate any help

Thank You

You can change the brightness of the monitor by pressing the Fn button (in the bottom left corner) and F4 or F5. This is how you change the brightness in the laptop and through the windows.
