Security Alert/ Popups.. Help, please.

Hi,

Just as the topic says, I am getting popups, and am infected with Trojan-Spy.win32@mx and another message comes up in the bottom right of the screen that reads, "Security Alert: Networm-i.Virus@fp". Here' my SMIT Fraud log & HGT log.. I executed SMITFraud Fix (lastest) minutes ago. Thank you SO much for your help!
