I am considering upgrading my graphic card. I currently have an ATI Radeon XPRESS 200. Before I go shopping, I actually have access to a FREE geforce fx 5600 that a friend is no longer using. Would this be an improvement or should I still do some shopping? I am running windows xp, not planning on upgrading to vista any time soon and I primarily use my computer for gaming Thanks for any help!

Here. Have a look at these two images. Hope it'll help you out a bit.

P.S.: They are VERY large images. Take note of that.
