Internet Speed Monitor Virus! HELP!

I keep having pop-ups from "internet speed monitor" randomly come up when I'm on the internet, sometimes when I'm not even on the internet and I also have this "internet speed monitor" window that appears on the left side f the window everytime I search for anything. It started out being just extremely annoying, but now it is really slowing down my internet connection speed. I have McAffee ViruScan and Spybot and they are oth running all the time and I'm constantly checking for updates and cleaning my pc but it on't go away! I need to know how to get rid of it completely and for good, I'm worried it could really affect my pc. Please respond asap with help as I do not know what else to do. Thanks so much for your time!
