Hello. I'm just wondering whether this is a common problem and whether I need to do anything.
My PC has a CD/DVD drive which is showing up correctly as Drive E: But it's also showing a second DVD drive F: I've only got the one drive; I've no idea where this other one came from. I've tried removing it with the device manager, but it just shows up again when I reboot. Should I just ignore it, should I disable it, should I uninstall it somehow, and where on earth did it come from?
Thanks.

right click on my computer and choose manage. navigate down to where it says "disk management". open it and what does it say about your drives? Don't change anything, just report what you see.
